Diet: Omnivorous; primarily feeds on small invertebrates and plant matter.

Preferred Water Parameters: pH 7.5-8.5, Temperature 75-80°F
Minimum Tank Size: 30 gallons
Acceptable Tank Mates: Other peaceful to moderately aggressive cichlids. Provide plenty of rocks and hiding spots to establish territories.
